 Which delivery services are used for delivery and what are the delivery costs?

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders over $50.00 . For all other orders we charge flat shipping rates of $4.95 per shipping address. Our regular method of delivery has always been UPS, USPS OR FedEx.  Our standard delivery time is Usually 1 to 5 hours within USA, 1 to 24 hours for products delivered in Canada, and 1 to 3 days for deliveries to England and Australia. 

Do you ship outside USA?

better health Pharmacy can only deliver in countries within Asia and Europe. Note that certain products are restricted to be delivered for delivery into some Asian and European countries. Please do contact us on sales@betterhealthstore.online to confirm delivery possibility before making your purchase if you your product delivered within Europe or Asia.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. To obtain a refund please contact our customer services team on betterhealthstore.online. Your order must be sent back to us within 4 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us. 

In order for us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:

  • We only accept returns sent to us within 4 days after an order has been delivered to you.
  • All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We are not able to process refunds if proof of postage is not provided.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging and tags still attached.
  • We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees.
  • We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
  • We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?

We will refund the complete cost of the items in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs.

However, you may be eligible for free return shipping if you make a payment using our newly introduced credit card payment option. Refund of shipping costs will be handled by payment option chosen by buyer upon purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

betterhealthstore.online. does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order

I received a wrong item. Can I obtain a free refund?

If you received a wrong item we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

What do I do if my question isn’t covered here?

REFUNDS KNOWLEDGE BASE

Better Health Pharmacy is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service and is responsible for delivering orders to the customers. We give all our valued customers a 30 days money back guarantee .However, due to the nature of the products, which are controlled medications in many countries, there is a need for some guidelines to be followed.

Refunds:

Following are the cases where a customer can apply for a refund:

  1. Cancellation: If a customer cancels the order within 3 hours of making the payment. Once the payment has been made and the order has been forwarded to the Shipping Department, no refunds can be issued.
  2. Non-Reception: If an order has not been received by the customer within 45 days of processing the payment, the customer can apply for a refund. However, the following non-reception causes will not be refunded:
  1. Customer changed his/her address.
  2. Customer provided a wrong address.
  3. The order arrived at the right address, but there was no one to claim it.
  4. The order arrived at the right address, but someone else claimed it.
  5. Ineffective products: We try our best to source top-notch products for our valued customers, but still if a customer claims that the products he/she received are ineffective, the customer can apply for a refund, given the customer provides us with the following:
  1. A clear picture of the lab tests report.
  2. A clear picture of the products.
  3. A clear picture of the package (Envelop, box etc.).
  4. Order number.
  5. Proof of Payment (Electronic or physical receipt)

Note: A refund may take up to 60 business days depending on the credit card processing company policies, and the policies of the corresponding banks the customer uses.

Payments made through Western Union, MoneyGram, or BitCoin can be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of the investigation.
